On Mijn CBR you can take care of all your arrangements with CBR quickly and easily. You must first log in with your own DigiD. Never use someone else's DigiD, not even that of your parents, children, brother or sister. We process your data in accordance with our privacy statement.

Are you unable to request this? Then call our customer service regarding a theory test or Health certificate. Without DigiD, to authorise a driving school to book a test for you, you can download a form.
